We’re committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience with Maya. Our products work best when taken consistently, so we ask that you follow the recommended protocol before deciding whether Maya is right for you.
If after giving it an honest try your first bottle still doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll refund it in full within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, you must have proof of purchase, the product must have been purchased directly from us or an authorized reseller, and it must have been used consistently for at least 2 weeks. We do not accept returns for orders containing 3 bottles or more beyond the first bottle.
Sale items, promotional discounts, and limited-time offers are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
This guarantee applies to both:
- New customers making their first order, and
- Existing customers trying a new product for the first time.
Maya is designed as a long-term system. Many customers report noticing meaningful changes only after several weeks of consistent use, which is why our team is always available to help you optimize your routine. A quick adjustment in timing, stacking, or daily habits often improves the experience.
